Creating Capacity Proposal
Momentum is committed to creating resources in the community that allow persons with I/DD choice in the kind of care they receive, that meets them where they are in terms of their abilities and needs. Several years ago, we identified gaps in programming in Newfoundland and Labrador that are missing program options. These options are available in other jurisdictions in Canada, and we feel it’s important to ensure these services are available in the Province. We developed this presentation to outline our vision for programs that should be available. Momentum is not yet offering all of these services in the Province, but we are actively advocating for these services to become available in the Province.
