In 2021, Momentum contracted a third-party clinical epidemiologist to complete an anonymized evaluation of assessment data completed by the organization. The developed report identified the needs of strengths of individuals being served at the time of the report. The resulting data has helped inform our approach to outcomes tracking for services provided to our clients
